We offer affordable flat-rate furniture delivery to popular destinations in Australia. Delivery prices may vary based on the number of items and their size, but we aim to keep costs as low as possible.
For regional areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, NT, WA, SA, and TAS, we can provide custom delivery quotes once your order is placed. We will confirm your delivery price and time frame via email within 24 hours of checkout.
Most of our furniture is in stock and ready for quick dispatch. However, for custom or made-to-order items, delivery may take between 4 to 12 weeks, depending on the product and location.
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery timeframe. We strive to reduce lead times and often deliver sooner than expected.
When your items are ready for dispatch, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery. Our delivery partners will provide a delivery date and time frame, and your items will be delivered to the room of your choice.
Please ensure that the items you’ve ordered will fit through doors, hallways, and staircases in their packaging. It’s the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before placing an order.
If you’ve ordered multiple items from different manufacturers, they may arrive at different times. We can:
In some cases, it may be more economical for the item to be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, saving you time and additional costs.
Need to update your delivery address? No problem! Just contact us at least 24 hours before dispatch to update your details. A different delivery fee may apply depending on the new address. If your items have already been dispatched, you may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery.
Our delivery partner will contact you to propose a delivery date and time frame. If you’re unable to be home at the agreed time, you can reschedule.
If you miss the delivery, your item will be returned to the distribution center, and a re-delivery fee may apply. We recommend being available at the scheduled time to avoid delays and additional charges.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide you with tracking details. If there are any issues with tracking your order or if your order appears lost, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with our delivery partners.
