  • Humm – Interest-free payment option, available only at our Warners Bay store

  • Direct Deposit – For online lay-by plans.

Delivery Policy

We provide flat-rate delivery to popular destinations in Australia.

 

Delivery Fees:

  • Newcastle & Warners Bay: $75
  • Sydney Metro & Central Coast: $99
  • Maitland: $99
  • Wollongong: From $120
  • Melbourne, Brisbane, and Canberra Metro: From $180
  • Sunshine Coast & Geelong: Quote required

For regional areas, we will provide a custom delivery quote once your order is placed.

Delivery Timeframes:

Most furniture is in stock and ready for quick dispatch. Custom or made-to-order items may take between 4 to 12 weeks. We will notify you of your delivery timeframe via email.

4. Returns and Refunds

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please refer to our Returns Policy.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Proof of purchase is required (tax invoice or receipt)
  • Returns are accepted for items that are not of merchantable quality, do not match the description, or are defective.
  • Special orders and custom furniture are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Refunds are only available to the customer named on the tax invoice.

5. Custom Orders & Lay-Bys

Custom Orders:

We offer custom-made furniture tailored to your exact specifications. All custom orders require a 50% deposit and are non-refundable.

 

Lay-Bys:

We offer flexible lay-by options for customers both in-store and online.

  • Lay-by terms: 4 to 24 weeks
  • A deposit is required.
  • Payments are made via direct deposit.

If you miss a payment, the lay-by may be cancelled. Contact us to discuss your lay-by plan.
